I totally think that this game has taken over my husband's life. It is sad that he is visiting people he has only talked to online. It is sad that we can't go out for dinner because he has to play. He even has told others on World of Warcraft he loves them through text messages. That was a knife in my heart. Worst of all, he ignored his own daughter when she was sitting at the screen door crying for him. All because he was too busy playing Word of Warcraft! I hope that all gamers take a minute and say" I love you" to your family, give them an extra kiss because they need you more than the game! Do you really want to live with your life regretting the fact that you missed your daughters first steps, first words, or even first birthday, all because you had to play Word of Warcraft. Please for the sake of your families and loved ones, think twice before you choose the game over the people who truly matter in your life, YOUR FAMILY!

Re: Dame's Wife
Sun, July 19, 2009 - 3:19 PMHoney ... normal gamers don't say "I love you" to the guys they play with.
I think you need to take a step back and reassess the situation for what it really might be. -

Re: Dame's Wife
Tue, September 29, 2009 - 12:05 AMWell... I don't have any kids, my girlfriend is in college in another state, and I work 40 hours a week.
I'm pretty sure I'm damn well justified to play world of warcraft any time i like, for as long as i choose.
Next time he ignores your daughter for WoW, just punch him in the fucking head. Problem solved.
