It's 2 years that i play to wow and for 1 of this time i was an addict: i played 14 hours in a day and i stopped to go out with my friends.
When i understode what i was doing i stopped to play for 2 months and i obtain a new real life.
Now i have a girlfriend, i play in a professionistic baseball team and i have a good work.
My tips for all is to stop play for a short time and live all experience that are around you...
I play every day, but in lunch break from 1.30 to 3.30.
