However, it seems easy to blame the game. It is not the fault of the game, or the developers. If the game addiction is beginning to take things over, you really need to take some quick and effective steps. Part of the problem is that the line keeps moving as to what is acceptable. Unless clear lines are drawn, they will always be crossed. If you don't know where the lines are, they will quickly be moved. I myself have gamed a lot, and can sympathise with what is going on. You get so into the game, nothing else seems to matter. One of his friends nagged him for over a year to start playing it and eventually my boyfriend gave in and said he'd give it a go. At first he was like "this is pretty boring" now I call him at work to see what he's up to and he's been on the computer for 5 hours straight. He only started playing it THREE WEEKS AGO. I can't believe it's come to this so quickly. Now the same friend is trying to get me to play it. I feel like punching him in the face every time he suggests it. The other night we were in bed ready to go to sleep then he tells me there's something he's forgotten to do on WOW so he gets up and goes on the computer. I know it's sad and it's just as much my fault for letting it happen but I cried myself to sleep. If this is what it's like after three weeks I don't know how much longer we'll be together for.
